Kitchen Bunny Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Kitchen Bunny, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all clients purchasing baked goods in Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

Customer is solely responsible for providing correct billing.

Currently only collection and Uber/bolt package delivery offered of which the customer is solely responsible for the Uber/bolt payment, right address provided on Uber and ensuring that the package is received by the right person as soon as the Uber/bolt driver arrives at the provided address.

Collection date and time are only best estimates and the actual time may be later. Any delays made will be communicated, however, we aim to be always on time.

Kitchen Bunny is not responsible for any damage to the product during travelling.

Products may differ slightly to the images online.

Kitchen Bunny cannot assume any liability for any food allergies.

Orders can not be cancelled by customer and are excluded from return. i.e. once the order is in the process of being made, the customer can not decide that he/she does not want it anymore. No refund payment will be made.

Only orders months ahead can be cancelled provided the cancellation is done 1 month before the actual date. A 40% cancellation fee may apply.

Kitchen Bunny reserves the right to adjust prices, goods and special offers at its discretion. This does not apply to those who have already purchased the product.

Kitchen bunny keep the rights reserved to refuse to fulfil an order. If an order is refused for fulfilment, communication shall follow.

By the client accepting a quotation issued by Kitchen Bunny, they are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein.

50% deposit applies to orders above R1000 only

All quotations submitted by Kitchen Bunny are valid for a period of 30 days. If no action is done by the customer I.e. the customer does not revert back to accept the quote and make a payment within the 30 days, the quote will expire and the customer will be required to request a new quote.
